Chiropractic became part of Dr. Tony’s wellness routine after a traumatic sports injury in high school. Through chiropractic care, he was able to experience the immediate and effective healing capabilities it brings. It was from that time on that he became fully enamored with this type of care and dove right into studying, educating himself, and volunteering at local chiropractic offices.

He graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in 2008 after completing over 4800 course hours and 1500 clinical hours. After completing 4 National Board exams and several other state requirements, he became licensed to practice in California in 2008.

Shortly after graduation, he moved to Singapore where he had the opportunity to establish and run three very successful clinics, adjusting over 500 patients per week. His clinics primarily focused on competitive athlete recovery and corporate wellness where he partnered with over 50 of Singapore’s largest companies. He is also a member of the International Chiropractic Association.

Dr. Tony is passionate about helping all of his patients live their best life. He knows firsthand how much chiropractic can enable wellness and he looks forward to helping you achieve your optimal health.

Michael completed his training in Massage Therapy at Bryman College (now Everest College) in Hayward, CA in 2006. During his academic and practical preparation, he realized that his more proficient and outstanding skills centered on sports and rehabilitation, which involve a lot of bodywork. He learned different modalities including but not limited to Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Pre and Post-natal, Infant Massage, Muscle Energy Technique as well as postural assessment and very detailed anatomy and physiology.

Michael is a massage therapist whose interest in bodywork evolved from personal experience after sustaining some injuries during his Military tour of duty in Iraq. He underwent grueling rehabilitation for his wrist and elbow and after that influenced his ways towards a more holistic approach to healing. Massage Therapy provides him an avenue to educate clients on the importance of holistic healing and how it helps the body to heal itself naturally.

Since April 2008, he has demonstrated a remarkable attitude in developing his private practice (Rejuvenating Bodyworks). Michael aims to continue to grow professionally and maintain updated knowledge and skills in bodywork modalities.

Michael has added a new modality in his practice called Gua Sha.  Gua sha means “scraping sha-bruises”, and is a traditional Chinese medical treatment in which the skin is scraped to produce light bruising. Practitioners believe gua sha releases unhealthy elements from injured areas and stimulates blood flow and healing. He also recently added Cupping to his practice. Cupping Therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation, and well-being, and as a type of deep tissue massage. He has recently been Certified in Oncology Massage Soft Tissue Release and Muscle Energy Technique. He is also currently learning a new technique called Myoskeletal Alignment Technique (MAT), this will guide him to provide more focused care for certain areas of the body that create problems for clients in their everyday lives.

Dr. Ben’s chiropractic experience goes back to when he would go to the chiropractor with his father at the young age of 4. After many years of Baseball, Ice Hockey, and Golf, he suffered from a rotator cuff injury and constant lower back pain. Within a few treatments, he finally got to experience the power of chiropractic care. From that day forward, he knew becoming a chiropractor was in his future. Dr. Ben studied Chiropractic at Palmer West in San Jose, CA.

Dr. Ben is thoroughly fascinated with the body’s ability to heal itself! As a doctor of chiropractic, he gets to help mediate a drug-free, non-surgical path to natural healing. His goal with every one of his patients is to work as a team and achieve optimal health and wellness to ensure a happy, healthy, and pain free lifestyle.

Professionally, Dr. Ben is trained and certified in multiple sport and soft tissue treatment protocols.
